Participate and lead procurement teams.
Procure and develop spot and contract services for maintenance, repair, refurbishment, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Review, Prepare and execute contract documentation for the tendering process.
Implement best procurement practices throughout supply chain. Ensure compliance to all policies, including but not limited to Contract Management, Business Conduct, etc.
Research the supplier market for proper source of services to be ordered. Analyze procurement requisitions for accuracy and proper pricing method.
Ensure efficient use of system (SAP, SAP ARIBA, Microsoft, etc.) in the procurement process.
Communicate with user departments/stakeholders in buying the correct services at the correct time.

Bachelor or Master Degree
Proven work experience for at least 8-12 years as a Procurement Manager/Project Manager/Contract Manager
Hands-on experience create contract terms of agreement, presentation to stakeholder, tender process.
Good knowledge of procurement and contract management practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors), especially for services for maintenance, repair, refurbishment, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Hands-on experience with purchasing software: SAP, SRM, RPA, Microsoft, ARIBA
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Solid analytical and negotiation skills, produce and analyze data and reports, resolve discrepancies.
Prior supervisory/managerial experience strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Language: English
