Delete Account

How to delete your AnekaUKM Kasir POS and AnekaUKM Buku Usaha account, as required by the Google Play Store.

1. Summary

You can delete your AnekaUKM account at any time. The same account is used on the website, AnekaUKM Kasir POS and AnekaUKM Buku Usaha; deleting it from either app or by email removes your account identity in all of these services.

After deletion, your personal identity data (name, email, phone number, profile photo and password) is anonymised or deleted. Your shop's business transaction data may be kept for legal and accounting retention, without being traceable back to your personal account.

Records stored only on your phone (without a cloud account) are not on our servers; they are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

2. Delete your account in AnekaUKM Buku Usaha

  1. Open AnekaUKM Buku Usaha on your Android device and make sure you are signed in to Cloud.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Choose Delete cloud account.
  4. Type HAPUS in the confirmation field (this word is required in every language).
  5. If your account uses a password, enter it when asked, then confirm.

3. Delete your account in AnekaUKM Kasir POS

  1. Open AnekaUKM Kasir POS and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) and choose Hapus Akun (Delete Account).
  3. Type HAPUS to confirm, and enter your password if asked.

4. Delete your account by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address (the Google account email, if you signed in with Google) or phone number of the account
  • Your name or business name
  • Which app you use (Kasir POS, Buku Usaha, or both)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

We verify account ownership and process requests within 1–7 business days, and confirm once the account has been deleted.

5. What happens after deletion

  • Sign-in sessions and OAuth connections (Google, etc.) are revoked.
  • The email is replaced with an internal anonymous address that cannot be used to sign in.
  • Phone number, password and profile photo are deleted.
  • Staff memberships in any shop are removed.
  • If you are the only owner of a shop with active business history, transaction data and the shop profile stay for legal compliance; only your personal identity is anonymised.
